Backhouse invites you to view plans for a mixed-use housing led development at the Wadworth brewery site, Northgate Street in Devizes. Backhouse is working with Wadworth Brewery to prepare a Planning Application for the site.

The draft proposals would include:

• Around 100 new homes

• A retail unit

• Green public open spaces

• Improved pedestrian connectivity

• Ecological and biodiversity enhancements

• Energy efficient homes with renewable energy generation
