Backhouse invites you to view plans for a mixed-use housing led development at the Wadworth brewery site, Northgate Street in Devizes. Backhouse is working with Wadworth Brewery to prepare a Planning Application for the site.

The draft proposals would include:

Around 100 new homes
A retail unit
Green public open spaces
Improved pedestrian connectivity
Ecological and biodiversity enhancements
Energy efficient homes with renewable energy generation
